3rd Street uses an 8 punch number system. If you’re right-handed (orthodox), your lead is your left. If you’re left-handed (southpaw), your lead is your right.

• 1 = jab

• 2 = cross (straight with rear hand)

• 3 = lead hook to the head

• 4 = lead hook to the body

• 5 = rear hook to the body

• 6 = lead uppercut

• 7 = rear uppercut

• 8 = rear hook to the head
