Our 60-minute classes offer boxing technique, partner and mitt work, cardio, conditioning and more. Here are the different classes we offer:

Beginner Boxing 1: Start learning the fundamentals like stance, punch numbers 1,2,3,8 (jab, cross, and hooks) and how to move. No equipment required.

Beginner Boxing 2: Learn the rest of the punches 4,5,6,7 (uppercuts, body shots), slips, rolls, and basic defense. Please watch our hand wrap tutorials prior to BB2 and be prepared with your hands wrapped at the start of class.

Beginner Boxing 3: Put it all together! Practice combos, mitt work with partners, and test your new skill.

Old School Boxing: Classic heavy bag boxing, mat-based strength drills, and old-school grit! A great class for refining your boxing technique.

Tough Love: Part boxing, part cardio, part strength & conditioning, and a heavy dose of Tough Love! This class will get you working up a sweat, both mental and physical.

Muay Thai: The art of 8 limbs… Led by professional fighter and Muay Thai expert Fabiana Nogueira. Class consists of warm-up, shadow boxing, drilling techniques, heavy bag work, padwork, and finishes off with conditioning exercises. Read more about Muay Thai at 3rd Street.

Strength and Endurance: Building strength and endurance is crucial for generating maximum force and momentum in your punches. This full-body conditioning class blends resistance training and cardio so you get strong without slowing down. Join this class to learn how incorporating high-intensity circuits, weights, and resistance bands will help you deliver those explosive movements as a boxer.

Mobility and Flexibility: Mobility and flexibility form the foundation for athletic movement, including footwork and throwing punches efficiently. Challenge your strength and range of motion through low-impact movement such as mobility drills, yoga, and dynamic stretches. The class also guides you through active recovery to alleviate any stiffness or tightness in your joints and muscles from boxing.
