If you’re looking to get a jump start on learning boxing techniques, losing weight, gaining strength, and developing muscle tone, our Boxing Bootcamp is for you. Our proven regimen of boxing drills, high-intensity cardio, and strength training has proven tangible results to clients for the past 20 years. Our Bootcamps are structured with three days (M/W/F) of rigorous boxing training with our owner and founder Paul Wade, paired with strength and conditioning training twice a week (T/TH) led by our certified fitness expert Caitlin Rebe.

Here’s some of what you’ll gain over the course of the program:

  • Boxing stance and technique fundamentals

  • How to wrap your hands

  • Proper warmup and jump rope technique

  • Punch combos

  • Heavy bag work

  • Agility and footwork drills

  • Body sparring (no headgear required, don’t worry!)

  • Resistance and recovery with foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and rubber bands

  • Access to the expertise of our resident nutritionist-instructor

BOXING NEWBIES ARE WELCOME! In fact, this is the perfect way to dive in head first. Come awaken your inner warrior and change your life!

Equipment needed: Jump rope, wraps, and gloves. Also recommended: foam roller, lacrosse ball, and resistance bands. Buy all of these items in a convenient package at the front desk!

This is the real deal. Four weeks, 5 days a week, 60 minutes every morning. Give us 20 workouts—20 hours total—and we’ll make you part of our fierce fighting family.

Do you have any promos going for Bootcamp?

What's the typical group size for Bootcamp?

Enrollment maxes out 30. Bootcamps often fill up, so we recommend booking your spot early!

How often do Bootcamps run?

Bootcamp is 4 weeks long, and there is typically one week off between enrollments. You can see the schedule above, or on our mobile app.

What equipment will I need? Do you sell it?

Boxing gloves, hand wraps, and a jump rope. We sell these items at the front desk!

We also recommend picking up our Resistance & Recovery package ($45) which includes a foam roller, lacrosse ball, and resistance bands. Since you are working out hard 5x per week, using these will help you get the most out of each day!

I'm really out of shape. Should I take some classes before signing up?

Bootcamp is a great program to just dive right into as a newbie. You will get into shape through the program! Of course you are welcome to check out our Beginner classes (or any other classes) beforehand if you'd like.

I'm interested in doing Bootcamp, but might have to miss certain days for work/travel. Can I prorate?

We do not offer prorated Bootcamp enrollments, even if you must miss days due to travel, work, etc. The spirit of Bootcamp is that you are committing to the entiriety of the program!

If I miss a Bootcamp day, can I come back at night and do a class instead?

Bootcamp is its own program, and being a Bootcamper is not the same thing as being a gym member, so classes are not included with your enrollment. Of couse, if you're already a Class or Academy member who is doing Bootcamp in addition to your membership, you're welcome to do classes outside of Bootcamp.
