Since 2017, Morgan has been dedicated to helping athletes and clients reach their peak performance and overall wellness.

Her journey began in Division I collegiate athletics, where she gained extensive experience in on-field injury evaluation, return-to-sport rehabilitation, strength training, and manual therapy. This foundation shaped her holistic approach to health and performance—one that goes beyond the gym.

Morgan understands that true success isn’t just about training hard; it’s about optimizing every aspect of your well-being. That’s why she integrates sleep, stress management, and nutrition into her coaching, ensuring you have the tools to perform at your best in and out of the gym.

Outside of training, you’ll often find her running trails, strength training, or enjoying the outdoors with her dog—and occasionally, her cat. Her passion lies in helping others unlock their full potential while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Whether you're stepping into the ring, recovering from an injury, or striving to elevate your fitness, Morgan is here to guide you every step of the way.
